s7c77 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") apply to all users of the s7c77 website and services. s7c77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the s7c77 platform immediately.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the s7c77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. s7c77 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. s7c77 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or access any feature of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• 2.2You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted under your local jurisdiction to access online gaming platforms. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of s7c77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 2.3You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of s7c77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• 2.4You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded s7c77 account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or account suspension by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered account with s7c77. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. s7c77 reserves the right to verify all account information at any stage.

• 3.1One account per person. s7c77 permits each individual to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice, and any balances or bonuses in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• 3.2Account information must be truthful. You are required to provide your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• 3.3Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify s7c77 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. s7c77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
• 3.4KYC verification. s7c77 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid national identification card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• 3.5Account currency. All accounts on the s7c77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are expressed in BDT. s7c77 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

s7c77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers. All transactions are subject to the following terms.

• 4.1Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, although s7c77 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring for large deposits.
• 4.2Deposit processing time. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are typically credited to your s7c77 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes. s7c77 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• 4.3Withdrawal eligibility. To withdraw funds, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on your s7c77 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 4.4Withdrawal processing time. s7c77 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• 4.5Transaction fees. s7c77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which s7c77 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

s7c77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• 5.1Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual promotion terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 5.2One bonus per player per promotion period. Unless otherwise stated, each Player is eligible for one instance of each promotional offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods is prohibited and constitutes abuse.
• 5.3Bonus abuse. s7c77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusive betting patterns, and exploitation of software errors.
• 5.4Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the promotional window, or that are not fully wagered within the stated validity period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 5.5s7c77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, any bonuses already legitimately credited to eligible players will be honoured subject to the original terms of that promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

s7c77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. All players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• 6.1Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a deposit limit is set, any request to increase the limit will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately.
• 6.2Self-exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the s7c77 platform for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and access to the platform will be blocked. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the s7c77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• 7.1Fraud and money laundering. Using the s7c77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. s7c77 applies transaction monitoring and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• 7.2Collusion and cheating. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, using automated software (bots), exploit scripts, or any other unfair technical advantage is prohibited. s7c77 uses fraud detection systems to identify such behaviour.
• 7.3Multiple account operation. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one s7c77 account is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited without notice.
• 7.4Abuse of platform vulnerabilities. Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing inefficiencies on the s7c77 platform is prohibited. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided and the Player's account may be closed.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

s7c77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The following outlines the primary grounds on which account action may be taken.

• 8.1Grounds for suspension. s7c77 may suspend an account immediately if it suspects a breach of these Terms, is conducting a fraud or AML investigation, has received a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or has identified unusual or potentially harmful account activity.
• 8.2Account closure by Player. You may close your s7c77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
• 8.3Effect of termination. Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, s7c77 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, s7c77 may report the matter to the relevant authorities and pursue recovery of any losses suffered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the s7c77 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of s7c77 or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of s7c77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s7c77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, download, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract content or data from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s7c77 limits its liability in connection with the use of the platform as set out in this section.

• 10.1s7c77 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own decisions, including decisions made in error, bets placed under misapprehension of game rules, or losses arising from problem gambling behaviour.
• 10.2s7c77 is not liable for service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures that prevent access to the platform or cause the loss of a gaming session, provided that s7c77 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly and credits affected Players where a verifiable loss of a settled bet has occurred.
• 10.3In no event shall s7c77's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim exceed the total value of the real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

s7c77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with s7c77, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer.

12. Amendments to These Terms

s7c77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, s7c77 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact details held on their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the s7c77 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to s7c77's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred first to s7c77's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to s7c77's operations. Nothing in this clause limits s7c77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
